Analysis of Securities for Price and Risk
FinPro professionals will analyze pricing based upon real time Bloomberg pricing data and other resources to determine whether the pricing provided by your broker is appropriate. Investment securities will also be evaluated for:- Geographic concentration

- Loan type, loan to value, and purpose
- Credit scores
- Default experience and loss severity
- Prepayment speeds
Proactive Portfolio and Balance Sheet Restructuring Recommendations
Markets can move rapidly, sometimes presenting opportunities to capitalize upon. FinPro professionals constantly analyze the markets to present your institution with strategies and opportunities. Alternative investment and borrowing strategies will be suggested to improve profitability and/or improve your institution's interest rate position. FinPro will also objectively evaluate recommendations presented to you by brokers and investment bankers.
