Board Education, Training and Retreat Moderation

To enhance its relationship with its client base, FinPro has developed its Retainer program. Your subscription ensures a priority response to your institution's needs. In addition to having access to all of FinPro's resources, subscribers also receive the following benefits.

FinPro's Expertise on Demand

FinPro provides priority service to its retainer clients. History has shown us that the majority of questions clients ask can be responded to quickly over the telephone. The retainer provides access to FinPro's top personnel to answer these questions and to provide sample forms and policies.

Annual Board Retreat

An interactive, one-half day Board Retreat, which will enable Board Members to discuss any critical issues with a FinPro Professional. The Board Retreat will be customized to institution specific agendas to ensure that each Board can get education and training in the areas that most suit their needs.

Quarterly Pertinent Issues Report

The Quarterly Pertinent Issues Report is an educational piece addressing current industry issues and regulatory "hot buttons". Some examples of these might include an analysis of industry trends, regulatory issues and how they will effect each institution, non interest income and expense analyses by component, de novo branch performance, capital markets analytics and the like.

Quarterly Value Book

The Value Book was designed to provide the Institution with its performance on the key metrics which drive value for the organization. The Value Book provides analysis on a bank’s historical and current financial performance relative to a bank specific peer group, state medians, individual strategic goals and FinPro specified caps and floors intended to establish “red flag” areas of concern.
